Melanie Branschädel is the head of kitchen at Motto am Fluss. After her education in the Ratskeller of the city of Heilbronn she started her career at the Käfer Schänke in Munich, working for the local chef Fritz Schilling. She then passed through several stations, amongst others the Viennese top class restaurant Meinl am Graben and after that started cooking for private and official occasions in the household of Francesca von Habsburg. For over two years she was a chef at Motto Catering and now treats the guests at Motto am Fluss with famous classics and news creations, interpreted in a puristic-modern and very clear and authentic style with a strong focus on seasonal products.
